What is Trade Secrets?

Trade Secrets brings together business owners in the same trade/industry. Under our roof we have two roles, Client and Expert (like Buyer and Seller on a shopping marketplace). Let's use the example of a plumber. The plumber wants advice on what advertising really works. So they enter 'plumber' in our search and the search results show various plumber Experts - people with 3 or more years of experience in their trade.
The Client looks at the various profiles and selects someone who they would like to chat with. They schedule a call and we provide a number to call. At the agreed appointment time, both Expert and Client dial in to the number and we connect them. The Expert shares their valuable business knowledge and the Client pays for the time spent on the call multipled by the Expert's per-minute fee. They now leave feedback for one another.
The client is happy because they have learned in minutes what could have been a long and costly experiment. The Expert is happy to help because they enjoy helping people in the trade and they get paid. We're happy because we take a commission from the Expert's earnings for providing the service.
Calls can be made to people who understand the local lie of the land, or, if competition is a concern, to people in another town, or even another country.
