My inactive profile still shows as active

When you don't want clients to contact you, e.g., when going on holiday, you can set your profile to Inactive. Clients will be unable to schedule a call. You do this using the Active/Inactive toggle on your main Profiles page.
When you set the toggle to Inactive, please wait around 15 minutes before checking to see whether your profile status has updated. Avoid switching the toggle during this time.
If the mismatch persists after 30 minutes, please contact us.
