My payment failed and I can't set up a call

If you have previously pre-approved your account with PayPal this will be showing in your account on Trade Secrets. However, if it has been a while since you last preapproved using our site please cancel your preapproval in your account on Trade Secrets and preapprove again with PayPal. This should refresh and now allow you to schedule a call with an expert.
