Why, as an expert, do I have to agree to PayPal 3rd Party refund permissions?

Trade Secrets offers two types of refunds for clients who are unhappy with the level of service they have received on Trade Secrets. Both types of refunds are delivered back to the client in an automated way by Trade Secrets to save the expert time and investment. So to allow Trade Secrets to provide this convenient service, experts are required to agree to 3rd party refund permissions in their PayPal accounts during the first call request from a client. It only needs to be agreed once, and is then in place for any future calls.
We can reassure you that by agreeing to these permissions, Trade Secrets does not have access to your personal details in your PayPal account. We are simply able to automate the refund on the amount received where a client has requested it within 72 hours of you receiving payment for the call.
