What if I am not happy with the service I've paid for?

If you are not happy with any aspect of the service you have received on Trade Secrets, it's important that you let us know so we can do our best to put it right!
If you are not happy with the service you have received and paid for through our site, and we are unable to rectify the problem, you are able to request two types of refund. If the problem occurred during the first 10 minutes of a call, you can request a no quibble full refund. If the problem was after the first 10 minutes a refund can be requested for 50% of the last 15 minutes of the call. This is given at the expert's discretion.
